Australian landscape painter David Sawell (Cloud Appreciation Society Member 61,767) captured the mood of the sky at dusk over one of his favourite places on the coast to walk, cycle, photograph, and paint. Bay Brilliance | Skyscape at Scarborough shown here, the second painting in his series Four Moods of the Sky, depicts gilt-edged strands of the mid-level cloud Altocumulus bursting like fireworks over Deception Bay in Queensland, Australia.
