12. But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we.13. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.14. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.15. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.2 Corinthians 11:12-15 Paul states here, that he will continue to preach Christ's Gospel without charge, paying his way by the labour of his own hands, and charity from other churches. For rich men came to slander him saying they were preaching Christ at no cost. These men were not sent by Christ, they had no power to do miracles, and they perverted the Gospel message, handling the Word of God deceitfully. Not sent by Christ, but by the enemy, they follow in his ways, on the outside looking as messengers of righteousness but on the inside ravenous wolves of destruction. Who having the ability to deceive men, at the end, Christ shall remove their masks of hypocrisy and judge them accordingly. This is why you must submerge yourself in God's word, that you can detect those who have come to destroy, for there has never anyone been saved from a false Christ, or false Gospel. Amen.
