Emergency! Now Give Up Your Rights!Hell no!New Mexico’s governor decided to declare a ‘public health emergency’ due to some recent shooting deaths. While the deaths are tragic, suspending the 2nd Constitution would be more tragic. All it would do would grow more government control over us. There is no such thing as a Constitution-obviating public health emergency.Leveraging a nebulous “Emergency” as a pretext to unilaterally cancel an enumerated right in the Constitution is not acceptable and it should not be obeyed🤬
