///@astrotaner: The Perseid meteor shower occurs as the Earth passes through the orbit of the comet 109P/Swift-Tuttle. From 11-13th August this year, the activity reaches its peak, as the Earth travels through the dustiest, densest part of the comet's path. There will be an estimated 60-100 meteors per hour!*For most people around the world, the best time to tune in is after midnight, and before dawn.*ZHR (Zenithal Hourly Rate)In fact you can "only" see around 10 per hour! 😀Did you see it? 🤔📸 All images by my friend @sebastianvoltmerFollow for more space content @astrotaner 🚀Instagram
