10. Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.11. And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.13. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.14. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lust thereof.Romans 13:10-14 Love, is the fulfillment, of a life in Christ. All who walk in His steps, will contrive no evil, do no harm, speak no evil, lie, covet, or anything to harm, or do a disservice to his neighbour. He will do the exact opposite, doing him all the good he is capable of. This letter to the Roman's in the mid 50's a.d. was good advice then, so it is today. We are closer to the Lord's return, then when we first believed. We are children of the Light, the works of evil, seek darkness. Christ is the Light of the world. And if we are in His Light, we have cast off the sins of darkness, and have covered ourselves in the Righteousness of Christ. The sheep are well protected, if they stay close to the Shepherd. Amen.
