This cloudscape by contemporary Finnish landscape painter Petri Ala-Maunus is the fifth in a series entitled New York Trash Recycled. It depicts a Cumulus congestus building on the horizon at sunset and is was painted onto a flattened paper cup.New York Trash Recycled (2007) by Petri Ala-Maunus is currently on display in the exhibition A Question of Time at the Ateneum Art Museum, Helsinki, Finland. It was photographed and sent in by Ian Neuss (Cloud Appreciation Society Member 58,580)
