Happy White (European) History Month! Meet Henry Ford! Henry was a pioneer in the automobile industry. He invented the factory production line which in turn made automobiles more affordable and accessible to middle class working people. Henry also pioneered the 5 day work week, closing his plants on Saturday and Sunday so his employees could enjoy more leisure-family time. On top of all of that, the factory jobs he provided were high paying.
