12. Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.13. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.14. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;15. And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.16. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:27. That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.2 Timothy 3:12-17?? All who belong to Christ, shall suffer persecution, that they may be conformed to His image. And as the body of Christ, becomes more pleasing, to God, each day, so do the wicked, increase more, and grow more wicked, unto their day of judgment. Paul speaks of a person, who continues, in the Gospel, who is assured of it's truth, Paul being taught, the doctrines, from Christ, by revelation, passed them to Timothy. And Timothy had been acquainted with God's word, from a very young age. Paul, reveals, the purpose of the written word, to discover Christ, to be clear of all errors of our conception of God, to be corrected, as to remove sin, from our lives. Every saved person becomes a minister of the Gospel, growing as a mature believer, growing in the knowledge of the will of God, furnished by the holy scriptures, we are instructed, to study the Word, for it is our life, in Christ Jesus.
