23. And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified.24. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.25. He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.26. If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.John 12:23-26 Jesus saying His time has come, the reason He came was to bring the Good News of salvation to the world, and die a sacrificial death, for the sins of mankind, which has caused a separation between God and men. Christ speaks of a truth in nature, when you plant a seed in the ground, you will reap more than the one seed. Christ died, and was buried, and rose from the grave, and is glorified, sitting at the right hand of the Father. And He was the first man, to rise, never to die again. And His promise to all the faithful, who believe and trust, and live a life for Christ, instead of a life of rejection of Christ, and living in danger of destruction. A servant of Christ, shall be raised, as Christ was raised, into eternal life, never to die again, but to enter into the place Christ prepared, and the Father shall honor Christ's servants with eternal glory.
