Will this be used before the elections? Think about the pandemic. It was used to change the procedures of the elections! It brought in mail-in ballots, drop boxes, etc. The pandemic is now gone and these cheating tactics are no longer used. If the elections are done by using computer systems, communications and the internet and power grid is hit, are they going to use this to change the procedures? Yes!
