Several things today – First, Alliance Defending Freedom filed a motion for Amicus Curiae in support of Plaintiffs request for temporary injunction. The judge GRANTED that motion. I will be threading that filing as soon as I can. Then, the Plaintiffs filed to amend their complaint and make it a class suit. If granted, this case will be litigated on behalf of ALL Americans. Huge!(If this judge grants Plaintiff’s request to make this a class suit for ALL AMERICANS, that would be EPIC! -X22)
