■ Cloud-seeding: small, low-flying prop planes with salt flares on the wings to induce condensation and rain. Openly and legally done for decades all over the world. Nothing to do with contrails.● Contrails: formed when water vapour from jet or turboprop engines condenses and freezes into ice crystals. Only form if the air is cold enough and only persist if it's also humid enough. ◇ Chemtrails: no such thing, but still the subject of mass paranoia. Commonly mistaken for persistent contrails. Also believed to be geoengineering / solar dimming, a theoretical proposal to spray SO2 at high levels (much higher than any planes can currently fly).
