In a never before seen space weather event, four major solar flares at the exact same time were just detected around various regions across the visible disk! This forced NOAA to pull out the heavily guarded Z-Flare chart which is required to measure the total X-Ray flux output. X-Rays are still climbing at the time of this update and I am not quite sure which letter comes after Z, but aurora watches are already in effect for locations even towards the equator. Internet service will probably be out within the hour, so further updates will be provided once I exit my Faraday cage in about a months time. Take care!SolarHam.com
