1. I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.2. Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.3. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.4. One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.5. I will speak of thy glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works. Psalm 145:1-5 The psalmist, sings, the praises of Christ, the Messiah, King, and everlasting God. Christ is the eternal Son, of the Almighty, and He is to be honored, and glorified, celebrating His perfect nature. As Immanuel, God with us, in human form, perfect, without sin. The psalmist teaches, that for the new mercies received every morning, and the grace bestowed on us, Christ is worthy of praise. Christ is Saviour, there is no other, He is to be praised, for who would, or could give their life, to cover your sin? Only those who have experienced Christ, will pass it on to the next generation, the world and the flesh, care nothing for the things of God. Knowing that you are going to destruction for your sins, and no one else's, make the wise to seek Christ and His Salvation. The most wondrous act of Christ, is that He took our sins, on His body, and gave us eternal life, we are unable to count all His mercies towards us. But this sacrifice He did, no other can do, and the redeemed shall praise Him for ever. Amen.
