Last night Relativity Space launched their first ever rocket after several previous attempts. As it stands this is the first 3D printed rocket with most of the vehicle having been 3D printed.
Terran-1, successfully made it off the pad, and through Max Q, which is the highest point of stress on the vehicle. They also made it through MECO or Maine Engine Cut Off, and stage separation, but the launch vehicle suffered an anomaly and the second stage failed to reach orbit.
This is still a huge job well done for the company, and if they can really build a rocket in 90 days flat we should hopefully see another attempt in the very near future!
