May seem funny, but I'd be willing to try. As long as the meat comes far from the scent glands. I discovered just how good rattlesnake tastes by being adventurous. Buffalo, deer, moose, gator...etc, etc. Oh, and don't forget shark, just have to be a little careful with that one...
