I dumped Humana for Medica because it pays 100%. No copays, no out of pocket expenses. The only thing it doesn't cover is pharmacy. Go figure? I have to have a separate pharmacy insurance. Medica pays 100% for ALL Primary Care Physicians' office visits, 100% for all Specialist visits, 100% for all hospital inpatient expenses, 100% for all diagnostics including my annual cancer CT scan. It also pays 100% for ALL durable medical equipment such as my COPD ventilator and oxygen concentrators. It virtually saves me over $10K a year in medical expenses.
