1. The earth is the LORD'S, and the fullness thereof, the world, and they that dwell therein.2. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.3. Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?4. He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.5. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Psalm 24:1-5 The universe, and all it contains, is the Lord's, He being the Creator of all things. This speaks of Christ our Lord, John 1:3 KJV. There is a special place in all His creation, it is His church, which He gave His life for, making it very precious. Now who can stand in His presence, the question is asked. He that has clean hands and a pure heart. That excludes everyone but Christ. We were born in sin, and we follow that way straight out of the womb. You cannot have clean hands, without first having a pure heart. For this very reason Christ came, and died, paying our debt to sin, and covering us in His Righteousness, and in this new birth, comes a new heart, regenerated, the heart of sin, needed renewal, restoration, for a heart of sin will not follow Christ. Christ has supplied by grace every thing we need to enter heaven, there is no other acceptable sacrifice for sin, and He has made Himself available to every person who repents of sin. Amen.
