1. In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?2. For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.3. If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?4. The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD'S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.5. The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. Psalm 11:1-5 Here the psalmist reveals his strength, he puts trust only in the Lord, Savior, trusts in the Righteousness of Christ, not his own. The foundation of Christ, cannot be destroyed, many have tried, and failed. The Righteous Lord sits in heaven watching the children of men. He is a protector of the upright in heart, and no one can steal away their reward in Christ. The Righteousness of Christ, covers us, we are tried, but not destroyed, we go in sinners, and come out Saints, all by the grace of God. But the wicked will not seek, nor obey God, for to them, the words of eternal life, are a fairytale. Amen.
