#Repost///@geometriasagrada.en: Did you know that the Great Pyramid of Giza has 8 faces and not 4? The pyramid was built in very specific geometric patterns with very specific proportions. One of the examples that proves this, as you can see in the image, is that it actually has 8 faces. Each side of the pyramid is equally divided by very subtle concave indentations. These subtle lines are most visible from above, and at dawn and dusk on the spring and autumn equinoxes. The fact that the builders of this structure (whoever they were) were able to achieve this level of precision in creating a pyramid made from over 2,330,000 blocks that weigh on average over 2 tons each, contributes to the why this pyramid is one of the greatest engineering achievements of all time. The question is: how did they do it? Whoever "they" are... ππ«β‘οΈπ
