Ya know what, if I was a RR worker and had that settlement forced down my throat I would walk away. If you think I am not serious consider that I have NEVER taken the jab and never will.

I would not work for a railroad company. If they decide to transfer you to another city or state, you have to sell your home, uproot your family and move, or you are fired. I knew some railroad workers who were "disciplined" in this manner.
