WHERE WILL YOU STAND? It's amazing how Satan is such a master of confusion and how so many Christians allow themselves to be snared by his wiles. For instance, fifty years ago almost all Christians would stand firmly against the sins, and not care what anyone thought about it. But in today's politically correct climate, most Christians only oppose it privately and a great many show sympathy, in the name of love and tolerance, of course. The word of God hasn't changed, but the world HAS changed, and most Christians have changed with it. May I challenge you, dear believer, to take your eyes off the world and its ever-changing standards for a moment and try to focus solely on the day of judgment. Rather than confusing the scene with a dozen irrelevant considerations that Satan would have you dwell upon, I ask you to consider ONE THING: Do you want to stand before God as one who FIRMLY OPPOSED this sin that God labels ABOMINATION, or do you want to stand before Him as a compromising traitor to His righteous cause? Sure, the world might have your mind all spoiled and confused today, but in the day of judgment before a holy God, where do you want to be standing? You will not be giving account to your friends, your relatives, or the various flawed institutions of this world. Your life will be examined by the fiery, x-ray eyes of God Almighty and no one else. WHERE do you want to be standing? NOW is the time to take that stand and never move from it.
