1. But of the times and the seasons brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.2. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.3. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.4. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.5. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.1Thessalonians 5:1-5 🙏🏻 Paul speaks of the resurrection of the dead, at the coming of Christ, the meeting of the saints of God in the air with Christ. Which no man knows the time, but God. Being prepared for His coming we shall not be surprised, but our anticipation shall be fulfilled. The unbelieverthinking no evil will ever befall him, shall in an instant be destroyed. But the children of Light, are no longer children of darkness, living to Christ, they have nothing to hide. Unlike those who hide their deeds in darkness, afraid of being discovered . Christ is coming, for He is a God of Truth, there is no lie in Him. All His promises are yes, and let it be so. Amen.
