In Rochester, New York, if you take a trip to a restaurant called Nick Tahou Hots, you can get the famous “garbage plate”. The dish is pretty much what you would expect, it is a plate full of home fries loaded up the way you like. They have everything from macaroni salad to baked beans, chipped onion, Greek meat sauce, fried egg, hots, burgers, whatever you want just load it on your plate. Always served with Italian bread an butter. 😋
