1. And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
2. Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
3. Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lust of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
4. But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5. Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, ( by grace ye are saved; )
6. And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Ephesians 2:1-6
Paul in this letter to the church, speaks of Christ's love, and His power.
Christ's power, in that He can make alive, what was dead.
And all the followers of Christ, know His love, for there is none without sin, all were under the influence of Satan. But Christ, God in the form of flesh, came and defeated Satan, his influence, sin, and death. By giving His life in our place.
Showing to all, His great love, for His creations, and His mercy that cannot be measured, that we being under a death sentence for our sins, pardoned us, making us alive in Him. Because of His grace, we are covered in His Righteousness.
And Christ has made us one, that the separation between Jew and Gentile has been removed, Christ given all He had to save His creations from sin and death, therefore in heaven there shall be no difference, for Christ has made us one. Amen.
