"Operation America”(Secret)Declaration of Authority of the People and Citizens of the United States of AmericaAugust 11, 2022  Pursuant to US Constitution Operational PlanOur Founding Fathers envisioned the potential abuse of the government by a few to impose tyranny on a majority. Their wise words included in the below preamble to our constitution were written as many sacrificed their lives for independence. They understood all too well that freedom is not free, and tyranny is an evil that must be forever held in check. Situation: The American Republic founded in 1776 is under attack by a Socialist Communist Coalition and an out-of-control Federal Government. The Coalition is composed of the Democratic Party, The House and Senate of the United States and the Executive Branch of US Government, specifically the Department of Justice and the FBI. The purpose of the Socialist coalition is the overthrow of the U.S. Constitutional Republic and the fundamental transformation of the Republic into a Communist Totalitarian police state. Tyranny is generally accepted as a severe form of government that is led by an incompetent leader who is both cruel and oppressive. These leaders are known as “tyrants,” and an example of tyranny is a government that controls its citizens with fear. As a result of being otherwise unfit to lead, the ruler may attempt to keep his power by becoming increasingly cruel and authoritarian toward his nation’s citizens, infringing upon their rights in the process.  The Executive Branch is abusing its authorities and exercising power, conducting illegal and tyrannical l actions through the Justice Department and the militarized FBI. This cabal has illegitimately exercised their power in attacking the private residence of the President Donald J Trump and his personal residence in Mar Lago, Florida.The U.S. Government authorities are being corrupted and abused by the Communist Coalition that is supported by corrupt members of the executive branch leadership and the Democratic Party in Congress to include many at the State and Local levels across the United States.The weaponization of government power has become clear. Given the considerable number of patriotic Americans across all political affiliations who clearly oppose the illegitimate actions and abuse of power of the Biden Administration and seek a government that is accountable to the people.The abuse of such powers to interfere with future elections cannot be ruled out as this action suggest there are no limits to their abuse of authority to retain power. History is repeating itself as we see the tactics of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) used by a few dystopian tyrants who have methodically and comprehensively infiltrated and assumed leadership of the Democratic Party.The Biden Administration has commenced shutting down the US Free Enterprise System, dismantling the economy and persecuting any political opposition.Tyranny is generally accepted as a severe form of government that is led by an incompetent leader who is both cruel and oppressive. What were they looking for? Astonishingly, what is being leaked to the media is that they were after documents violating the Presidential Records Act. Far from their promises of proving some grand conspiracy involving January 6th, it appears the Democrats, using the power of the nation’s federal law enforcement apparatus, are trying to take Donald Trump out with selective enforcement of provisions that are normally overseen in a civil, not criminal manner. Where have we seen that before? None of this is a coincidence, and none of it is justified. Even if Trump was in possession of some documents that needed to be archived, that is the kind of thing that has historically been dealt with in court, not with an FBI raid, and the former president was fully cooperating to this point. This is the action plan that must be exercised immediately.The Supreme Court must take immediate judicial actions against the President, The Attorney General, and the Director of the FBI and issue a “cease and desist” order to stop all and any actions against President Donald J Trump and innocent civilians. Governor Ron DeSantis issued an order to direct the Florida State Police to protect the property, family and staff of the Trump residence and prevent any further incursion by the FBI.The Palm Beach County Sheriff to work with the Florida State Police to protect President from any illegal actions against President Trump. As well deputize 1,000 police volunteers to support all protection services.Arrest any FBI agents in Florida or elsewhere that continue to overreach and conduct illegal searches of private property and arrests of innocent citizens.Republicans in the House of Representatives and the Senate must take all actions necessary to stop further legislation or other actions (e.g., appointments, budgetary, etc.) until immediate public hearings are held to inform both the public and Congress of the basis for the decision and actions of the DOJ, FBI in this matter until after the November 2022 elections.All Governors take whatever action necessary to support the States Rights under the 10th Amendment.The Department of Defense must take all military actions to stop the invasion of the Southern Border and neutralize all Mexican Cartel activities. Stop the further funding of the IRS and expansion of militarized agents. Published and Distributed by the Stand Up America US Foundation.
