This is a significant signal of a party that will potentially give people energy, inspiration, a new vigour. Needed sorely. What comes next will be critical. Candice Bergen’s departure may signal a new direction. For Conservatives in general this may reinvigorate engagement towards continuing the pressure for a more traditional Conservative party. Continuing this is how we may have the opportunity to perhaps make significant changes. This historic time in current events means it is critical to embrace this moment, working collectively now is when this energy is going to be needed most. Now is when we will get to see very quickly where his integrity lies.
