8. Cause me to hear thy loving- kindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.9. Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.10. Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.11. Quicken me, O LORD for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble. Psalm 143 8-11 🙏🏻 The psalmist seeks the internal teaching of the Spirit of God, trusting only in God for the salvation of his soul, and life. All our enemies here on earth, shall pass, except, sin and death. Christ has defeated them for all of time, and the Word, has become our Redeemer. We were born into sin, no one had to teach us, but the Lord's way we must learn, for His way, is the path to eternal life. Being born into sin, we are all dead men, until Christ quickens our spirit, and makes us alive in Him, and new. This is why Christ came, and He will refuse no one who comes to Him in truth, and repentance. Amen.
