1. In thee O LORD, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
2. Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.
3. Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou have given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.
4. Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.
5. For thou art my hope, O Lord God: thou art my trust from my youth.
Psalm 71:1-5
In the Lord is where we hope and confide, we will never be ashamed for telling Him our secrets.
We are delivered by the Righteousness of Christ, and no other. He hears the cry of those seeking an escape from evil and it's judgment.
Christ is our dwelling place, we shall never wear out our welcome, Christ has been given a commandment to save from the Father, and He was obedient, He is the foundation and security of our salvation.
Salvation is not just freedom from punishment, but freedom from sin, and the influence of Satan, and his followers.
Hope in God is not in vain, for He has been watching over you, since you were small.
Thank you Lord. Amen.
