4. Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.5. For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.6. Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.7. In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.8. Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.Psalm 86:4-8ππ» The soul being troubled by sin, can now rejoice, because of the grace of Christ, His mercy, and pardon, lifts the soul in joy, that can be found no where else. We look up to Christ, to the author of our salvation, who has secured it. Christ, has guaranteed our favor, with the Almighty, seeing He alone has paid the price of sin. Mercy and forgiveness, that cannot be found outside of the Savior's love, is ours. The Creator that made the eyes and ears, the two gates where learning enters, sees, and hears, all. The is no god but Jehovah, one God, three personalities. There is not one who can create, with a word, all the gods of men are a lie, they can do no harm, neither can they save. Christ, created everything, He has supplied everything you need, including, redemption for your soul, by His grace. Amen.
