This isn't a joke, friends. A year ago, heavy cream was $1.45. 3 weeks ago, $2.89. Yesterday $4.89 per quart. Also, remember when eggs were cheap? Yesterday they were $3.38/dozen at the restaurant supply store! Don't even get me started on new packaging prices. It costs over $3 for a pie pan/container before I even start rolling out the crust. I will have no choice but to raise my prices again soon. Please understand it's not because I want to--I HAVE to. :(
