The last new york pizza i had was in 2015. Yeah, you cant make pizza like that in florida.
Several reasons.
The humidity is a big factor.
And you cant make a good pizza without a brick over.
They cook at up to 600 degrees. It cooks the pizza evenly in just a couple minutes
