As a Christian, my allegiance and primary identity is that from my relationship with God as a citizen of heaven.Correct Christian teaching does NOT ask Christians to leave their Christian identity out of their current earthly activities.We should bring our Christian values and convictions with us in our everyday lives. Whether that is in the home, workplace, classroom, or voting booth.Anyone telling you differently is at best mistaken, and perhaps even deceived.For our citizenship is in heaven, and from there we eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Yeshua the Messiah. He will transform this humble body of ours into the likeness of His glorious body, through the power that enables Him even to put all things in subjection to Himself.Philippians 3:20‭-‬21 TLV
