The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. Deuteronomy 29:29 🙏🏻 Moses wrote this book around 1406 BC, at the end of the 40 year journey, before entering the Promised Land. Deuteronomy means in Hebrew, these "are the words", in Greek, "a copy of this law, a retelling of God's law", to those who grew up in the desert. Take note of verse 29, the secret things belong to God, and who can draw them out. Why does a wicked man live till his hair has turned grey, but a young child dies, before he can talk. Only our God knows. God has revealed things to us and our children, that our ours for ever. His Son Christ Jesus, Savior. There is none of us that have kept the law, all have failed, and so await judgment, for the law has no mercy, you are guilty, or innocent, there is no in-between. So God has revealed His love that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Where can you find this love, it is hidden, from all who refuse it, but made known to all who seek it. You cannot know God, without knowing His word, it is not a source of entertainment, but a communication between God, to man, God wants you to know Him, and come to Him for your redemption, you will have Christ as Savior, or as Judge. Who will Christ be for you?
