King David wrote this song towards the end of his life in 1015 B.C. before ever a telescope was thought of. He gives credit to the Creator of all things. Our solar system is orbiting the Milky Way galaxy at over 500,000 mph, ever 90 seconds, we travel 12,500 miles, it takes 230 million years to complete the journey, and is called a galatic year. This was proved by Edwin Hubble. There are over 400 billion stars and God knows each one by name. As the creation of this universe was by the hand of God, so were you, your salvation is complete in Christ, and is assured by Christ, and it would be easier to stop the sun going around the Milky Way, then to make Christ's journey to the cross of no effect.
