Good Lord. Sussmann’s legal team is attempting to argue that Durham shouldn’t be allowed to present evidence during Sussmann’s trial that “particular client’s” made assertions of attorney client privilege over certain documents. The obvious inference is that Durham wants to show the jury that several people involved in creating the Alfa Bank hoax and running the private spying network for Hillary Clinton tried to hide documents detailing their criminal activities from a federal grand jury by making false claims that the documents were shielded from the subpoenas by attorney client privilege.
