Easy Florentine Rolls

Ingredients:
4 green onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
170 gr fresh spinach
¼ cup snipped fresh basil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
400 gr package pizza dough
30 gr crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
1 tablespoon butter, melted
¼ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 190 degree C. Grease twelve muffin cups. Cook green onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon of the oil until tender. Add spinach and basil; cook and stir over medium heat just until wilted. Drain off excess liquid. Stir in salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
Unroll pizza dough and shape into a 20х30 sm rectangle. Brush with 1 tablespoon oil. Spread spinach mixture and sprinkle with feta cheese and pine nuts. Roll dough into a spiral
Slice roll into 12 pieces and place in muffin cups. Brush with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 18-20 minutes, until golden brown
