6. Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.
7. Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
8. All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad.
Psalm 45:6-8πŸ™πŸ»
Here again the psalmist reveals Christ, God's Son.
Christ the King, and God the Son, having an everlasting kingdom, that shall have no end.
The sceptre of His kingdom the Gospel message, is without fault, and pure.
The Son of Righteousness, having defeated, death, hell, and Satan, the God of Christ the man, His Father, anointed Him with the fullness of the Holy Ghost, without measure.
The sacrifice of Christ, for sin, for the salvation of men, rose as a sweet savour, to the Father.
Whereby we through Christ, have cast off our filthy rags of sin, putting on the garment of salvation, being, covered in Christ's robe of Righteousness, we have everlasting joy, in Christ. Amen.
