5. My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. 6. He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defense; I shall not be moved. 7. Psalm 62:5-8 🙏🏻 To a soul doomed to destruction, where can you go but Christ. For the expectation of salvation is only in Him. In Christ is the foundation of salvation, it is as a rock, those who stand on it, cannot be moved off it. If the soul was not under attack it would need no defense. All who are covered by Christ's righteousness, shall be able to rejoice in His salvation, it is in His strength, that we have safety, for Christ is the safe haven, the shelter from the storm, the place of security for all eternity, there is nothing in this world that can compare to it. Hallelujah, to the eternal King, and Savior of our soul. Amen.
