"When the going gets tough..." Just a couple of ideas to share here:
Can the shops / restaurants open up at all to offer heated sleep areas and food (on credit)?
Also, what is the status on the farmers having to cull the herds because they can't get feed?
Could local butchers relay that material(s) into Ottawa for said restaurants?
Time for the 50K trucker lawyers to take up the 'line' (to get paid when the case wins) / at the same time the shops and farmers get paid?
