2. Thou hast forgiving the iniquity of thy people, that has covered all their sin. Selah.3. Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou has turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.4. Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease.5. Wilt thou be angry with us forever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?6. Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?7. Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation. Psalm 85:2-7 🙏🏻 The psalmist sees a time coming, when sin has been forgiven, and covered. The wrath of God against sin, has been pacified. Salvation comes from God alone. We must be turned from the path of destruction, on which we travel, and begin the journey on the straight and narrow path of salvation, though Christ the Lord. Christ has paid the price of sin which is death, and has revived us, giving us new life. The mercy of God has been shown to the world, His salvation is in Christ, there is no other way. We are living in this time now, today is the day, of God's salvation. Amen.
