5. Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.6. Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.7. Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness' sake, O LORD.8. Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way. Psalm 25:5-8 🙏🏻 We needed not to be taught to sin, it came naturally, because it is in us. But we need to be taught God's ways, and receive forgiveness, by the mercies of Christ. Sin must be confronted, and overcome, Christ, has paid the price for the punishment, but we must be the master of it. There is no straddling the road, you walk in sin, or you follow Christ, you must choose, you cannot go both directions. Those who seek Christ, will find Him, and His saving power, to turn from sin, He will give freely, and His Gospel, will instruct all, in what to do. Amen.
