Yesterday, Perkins Coie/Hillary Clinton/DNC lawyer Michael Sussmann alleged the case against him was weak.Today, Special Counsel John Durham informed the Court that records of "five separate government employees" support the indictment against Sussmann.Durham also alleges that his three interviews with former FBI Counsel Baker "re-affirmed his now clear recollection" of Sussmann's false statements.
