11. It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:12. If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:13. If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself. 2 Timothy 2:11-13 ππ» These three verses, Paul wants Timothy to remember. That in death, we have eternal life in Christ. As the Master suffered, for the Gospel, so must we. For Christ's reward, is all the redeemed, and our reward is Christ. If we deny Him, He can only deny us. To deny Him, is to say He is not God, He is not the Son of the Father, that He came not in the flesh to save us. For those who do not believe, Christ is not diminished, He shall forever be our Savior, forever He shall be God, and the Son of God. But the unbelieving, lay themselves, open to eternal judgment. Amen.
