1. Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentile.
2. He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street.
3. A bruised reed shall he not break, and a smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgement unto truth.
4. He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law.
Isaiah 42:1-4 πŸ™πŸ»
The Servant, is Christ the Lord, the Son of God, sent as a man, to redeem mankind.
Upheld, by the mighty hand of the Father, so as not stumble under the weight of the sins of all men, being the elect of God, in whom the Father, delighted.
The Gentiles, hearing, became subject to His rule, and government.
Something, that is lacking around the world today, for man, has thrown out, all the is holy, and clings, to every perverse, thought, and deed.
Christ, preached, salvation in the streets, but never lifted His voice, to bring glory to Himself.
Christ's tenderness to the weak, and His attention to those whose light was ready to be extinguished, was His work.
Christ's work is still being preformed, breaking through obstructions, and bringing victory to lost souls.
Jesus, completed His work of redemption, He has taken the wrath for sin, in His own body.
He shall ever be Victorious, and all who follow His Gospel, shall be victorious, in Him. Amen.
