GHISLAINE UPDATE: In a weird turn of events, a motion to intervene was filed with the NY court today from a Texas correctional facility inmate named David Diehl. Seems he is contesting the case as well, possibly could’ve been charged with the same crime as Ghislaine and wants to hop on board with her in fighting it? He was denied lol. No names have unsealed as of yet.
