14. Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.15. For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many rebound to the glory of God.16. For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.17. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;18. While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:14-18 ππ» The power of God, that raised Christ from the grave, shall also bring the followers of Christ, up from their grave, and present them, before the Father. All the things Christ, and His ministers endured, are for the salvation of the lost, and all glory is God's, for no man, can redeem himself. Paul, for all his afflictions, was not discouraged, nor did he sink under them, but moved forward, preaching Christ. And the man of God, each day, as he moves closer to the end, is renewed in the spirit, day, by day, growing in the knowledge of Christ, and closer to the reward, promised. For when measured by eternity, we are here, for just a moment. And are afflictions, do not go unnoticed by God. Therefore, we focus, on what the world cannot see, and will not hear, the Father, Christ, and the Holy Ghost, are eternal, without end. And being filled with the Word of God, the wisdom given, that all of this world will some day perish, but we shall inherit, eternal life, in Christ. Amen.
