The IRS has a new portal to log-in or opt out of the child tax credit. It requires not one, but two forms of identification.This is going to pose a real problem for Americans of color without ID or internet. Are Democrats concerned children of parents with no ID, will go hungry? I mean that is the reason for the monthly payments, right?
