Christ has removed the judgment for our sin, covered in His blood, to be remembered, never again. This word create, is Bara, in Hebrew, it means made from nothing, as Jesus, created everything, by a spoken word. We were not born, with a clean, heart, it must be created in us, this happens, when Jesus makes us, a new creature, accepting us into His kingdom. The salvation of God, is not from men, it comes only from Christ the Lord. And with it comes joy, and peace, like you have never known. Amen.
