If the smoke alarm goes off in the middle of the night, do you ignore it? Of course not. You jump out of bed and proceed with life & home saving!
Symptoms are your body's smoke alarms. They are messengers telling you something's not right in your body -- even though you may "feel" & look awesome. Symptoms like headaches, rashes, loss of libido, increased anxiety, stiff neck, trouble sleeping, brain fog, inability to focus, loss of motivation... anything that is either a) out of the ordinary or b) common but not normal.
😎 is the tricky one. Sometimes we have suffered a symptom for so long, we think it is normal... but that's not so. It may very well just be COMMON!!! We are wondrously made in perfect health. Anything less than that is NOT normal!
(Since nobody's perfect all the time, let's say normal is feeling awesome with no symptoms at least 80% of the time!!!)
FACTOID: your body is a collection of systems all working in harmony to support you in staying alive, healthy & happy. When one system goes down, it's not isolated in a compartment. It's part of the working WHOLE. Eventually another of your connected systems will be weakened by the loss of the first one. Then another, then another, until it's no longer just a "slight loss of libido", you have spiraled down into the pit of hormonal imbalance that affects your mood, energy, motivation, emotions, skin tone & more, all of which require time, energy (which you don't have) & money to reverse!
Because that's the other factoid: systems require intervention to repair. They won't repair on their own! Intervention can be minor as in "stop doing THAT" or more complicated as in "stop doing THAT & THAT. And start doing THIS. And This."
Been there. In 2010, I had so many systems go down in a matter of hours, I ended up in ICU on a ventilator. Those ER docs saved my life. When I got out 3 weeks later, MY work began. I had to reverse the trend, because if I didn't change the lifestyle that put me in the hospital, I was going to end up there again. (See "definition of insanity")
If you see warning lights, I can help you identify which system is in trouble & steps to take to reverse the downward spiral.
